How to custom my own item?
Please just fill in the block at right or CONTACT US or email us at emiee@hz-beneme.com with the specific item you need, including the size, material, artwork, quantity ect as well as the design artwork if you have.
If you do not have the design ready, similar images will be also helpful for us to create what you want. Usually we will get back to you with detailed ideas and quotes accordingly within one working day.
What is your order process?
- step 1) Contact us for Ideas and Quotes
- step 2) Confirm the artwork: If you have the design artwork, you can send it to us directly with the vector Ai or PDF format; if not, then we can design it for you after knowing your basic ideas with it.
- Step 3) Confirm the proforma invoice
- step 4) Pay the deposit
- step 5) Production
- step 6) Take videos and pictures for you to check
- step 7) Make the balance payment
- step 8) Arrange Delivery

How to get a sample?
For our stocked samples or the ones which we made for other customers that are allowed to ship, we can offer them free for you, but the shipping fee will need to be paid at your side.
For a custom sample with your own design, it will need some sample fees, usually $30-$100, depending on the specific item and design.
What is your lead time?
After confirming the press-ready files and deposit, we will start the production. For different printing items, our lead time is different as well. Like:
- For stickers, the production time is usually 3 working days.
- For cards,tags and simple cardboard boxes, our production time is usually 5-7 days.
- For book, notebooks and planners, the production time is usually 10-15 working days.
- For pakcaging bags; the production usually need 10-12 working days.
- For hardcover packaging boxes or corrugated shipping boxes; the production time is usually 15-20 working days.
And for the delivery, it is usually 5-7 working days by express; and 25-40 working days by sea, depending on different countries.
What if there is problem with the products after receiving?
Since printing products always have color deviation which is unavoidable, we cannot promise to avoid that as well, but it will be in a reasonable range for sure and we will take pictures for you to check as well before shipping.
If it is other big mistakes made by us during production, we will reprint for you free of charge.
